And we’d like to recognise your referral with a gift card for you and the customer you referred if they sign up and remain an easy inbound customer for more than 3 full months*.

As a valued easy inbound customer, if you refer us to one of your contacts:

  • You receive a $60 gift card
  • The customer you referred receives a $20 gift card

Have friends or colleagues with 1300 or 1800 numbers on another carrier?
Refer them to easy inbound, their gift card almost covers the cost of their account set up!

You, and the customer you referred can chose from the following gift cards:

  • a Credit on your easyinbound account

So, what do I have to do to refer a customer?

It’s easy! Simply provide the customer you referred with your account ID, and during the signup process they’ll be asked for a ‘Referrer ID’.  They must enter your account ID in the ‘Referrer ID’ box when they complete the checkout process. And that’s it!

*There are some Terms and Conditions that you need to abide by to get your gift card, and these are;

  • You and the customer you refer are eligible to receive a gift card in your 4th month after 3 full months of continuous service where your invoices are paid on-time each month
  • You can chose from a gift card listed above, and the available gift cards may change subject to availability
  • This program is available only to NEW customers where the referrer ID has been correctly entered on the application form at signup by the referred customer
  • The program is NOT available to past customers who are returning to Call Dynamics or easy inbound, or to customers who are adding a new service or modifying an existing service
  • The program may cease or be modified at any time without notice
  • The referring party MUST be a current easyinbound or Call Dynamics customer in good standing and with at least two inbound services, or a single inbound service with a call pack, or a Live Answering Virtual Receptionist service attached to their account
  • Rewards cards will be delivered by regular mail to an address within Australia upon receipt of a verification of the delivery address. Both the referring and referred customer must ensure we have a current, full postal address on file at all times
  • Both referring and referred customers accounts MUST be paid in full prior to the gift card being sent
  • If the referrer or the referred customers account or service is cancelled within 3 FULL months of service, neither gift card will be issued
  • The program is only for newly referred customers after July 31st, 2014
  • The gift card issued carry their own Terms and Conditions and expiry dates. We are not responsible for the terms and conditions, usefulness or validity of the selected gift card, or if they are lost or stolen
