*4hr Connection T&Cs

Terms and Conditions for the 4 Hour Connection of a 1300 number or 1800 number.

  • For up to 5 numbers ordered per customer per day at our standard pricing and ordered by our website.
  • The number (or numbers) chosen must be from our “Stock” and be available for connection.
  • The order must be completely submitted by 1500 hours Melbourne time – Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and 4 hour connection is in business hours 9am > 5pm AEST.
  • The number is for single answer point only and with or without voicemail, or is for diverting to a fax service.
  • The one hour activation period include any voice recordings, IVRs etc or any other services except specified here.
  • Your payment must clear as part of the connection process, and if we call you to verify information, you need to be able to provide that information
  • You must be available to accept a verification call on your contact numbers given should we need to query your order, and if any additional information is asked for it is provided.
  • Any telecommunications or systems problems are excepted, or if you change the order after submission.
